Business Data Visualization Specialist :

We are looking for a highly motivated and business-savvy Business Data Visualization Specialist to join our dynamic Footwear Product Creation team. This role focuses on leveraging Tableau to create innovative dashboards and reports that empower business leaders with actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be proactive, collaborative, and skilled in stakeholder engagement, with a passion for delivering top-tier data visualization solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and Build Dashboards : Develop and maintain compelling Tableau dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights for business leaders.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to deeply understand their needs, ask insightful questions, and deliver tailored solutions.
• Innovative Solutions : Go beyond executing requests by presenting creative approaches to enhance data visualization and reporting quality.
• Data Storytelling : Transform product creation and style-buy data into engaging visual narratives that support material purchases and strategic decision-making.
• Proactive Problem-Solving : Manage and prioritize a backlog of reports, refreshing and innovating existing Tableau outputs to better meet evolving business needs.
• Cross-Team Collaboration : Work effectively with both business and technical teams, including leads from tech (Michael) and business (Jen), ensuring seamless communication and mutual trust.
• Automation and Efficiency : Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve productivity and data accessibility.
