We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a skilled Database Administrator in Beverly, Massachusetts, United States. This role is pivotal in the non-profit sector and involves a focus on Raisers Edge NXT. The selected candidate will work predominantly on data integrity, system performance, and user interface design.

Responsibilities :

• Evaluating the current setup of Raisers Edge NXT to identify and address data integrity and system performance issues.
• Developing solutions for data quality issues to ensure the reliability of donor data.
• Collaborating with the development team to improve data access and integration processes.
• Creating an intuitive Graphical User Interface (GUI) for efficient data access and reporting.
• Formulating and applying data quality best practices and procedures.
• Providing continuous support and training to internal staff on Raisers Edge NXT data management.
• The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Database Administrator.

Proficiency in Optimization is a must. The candidate should have a deep understanding of improving database performance and efficiency.

The candidate should have experience in Configuration Management. This includes managing, organizing, and controlling system configurations.

The candidate should have a strong background in Database Administration. They should be adept at managing, testing, and implementing computer databases.

Knowledge of Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT is a requirement. The candidate should be comfortable using this donor management software.

The candidate should have skills in GUI - Graphical User Interface. They should be able to design and implement effective user interfaces for database interactions.
