Wingate Companies is looking for a Porter for our real estate client in Miami, FL. As a Porter, you will be responsible for keeping exteriors, common areas, vacant units, sidewalks and alleyways of property in a clean and safe condition and will assist in other types of basic maintenance, when necessary.

Hourly Rate : $19.00-$20.00 / hour

Cleans all hallways, stairwells, common areas, elevators, mail box areas, laundry rooms, along with model, corporate and vacant apartments.
