Position : General Warehouse Associate Location : Londonderry, NH Salary : $18 per hour Hours : Monday to Friday, 10am-6 : 30 pm or until work is completed (possible OT available) Local company is looking for a General Warehouse Associate to join their team.  This position works on the floor, laydown lane, processing orders by picking and filling tote boxes / containers.  He / she will send and accept shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe at all times. Responsibilities : Hand selects orders within various areas of the warehouse. Stack product on pallets in accordance with proper selecting procedures (for example, no stacking heavy-on-light, labels facing out, etc.) Operate an electric pallet jack or forklift to transport products.  Stage pallets for loading on proper dock locations. Follows company's preferred methods at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions. Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to pallet jack, Bar-code gun, Hip Printer, and personal protective equipment.  Frequently reach up to 72 inches; constantly bend and twist while operating a pallet jack and / or forklift, retrieving items from lower shelf areas. Shrink-wrap product on loading dock. Other duties may be assigned.  Requirements : Hours may be unpredictable and must be able to work longer than 8 hours as needed. Strong attention to detail is a must. Can work independently with minimal direction. Ability to work under pressure and rapidly changing priorities.  Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed. Good attendance & punctuality.  Previous warehouse, forklift, and / or overhead crane experience is a plus! Powered by JazzHR
