Job description Infosys is seeking an Lead Oracle PL / SQL DBA.In the role, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle in Oracle PL / SQL. You will also be expected to build high-throughput, fault tolerant systems with requirements including elicitation, application architecture, definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. We are unable to sponsor at this time.Required Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Experience in Oracle PL / SQL, Oracle DBA activities.Preferred Qualifications : At least 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle PL / SQL.Experience in writing Stored procedures and functions .At least 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Oracle DB.Good knowledge of Performance tuning.Good to have data modelling and data mapping skills.Good to have Unix Shell scripting skills.Good to have – ETL knowledge- Data stage, Informatica.Good to have any data analysis related experience.Strong communication and Analytical skillsAbility to work in team in diverse / multiple stakeholder environmentExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentAbility to work in a dynamic, agile environment multiple, on multiple workstreams under tight deadlines to support implementation planning, release deployments and triage production issues as necessary.Self-driven, innovative and pushes for high-quality measurable outcomes.Able to work independently in addition to contributing as part of a highly collaborative and globally dispersed teams The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
