Job description
Primary Care - Boston Suburb
- Federally Qualified Health Center is seeking BC / BE Internists & Family Practitioners to join their team
- Base salary : $230,000 for Primary Care & $240,000 for FM / OB
- Positions available for general Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine with Obstetrics
- Average patient volume : 20-25 daily
- C-sections are not required as they're done at a local hospital
- EPIC EMR
- Ability to speak Spanish preferred but not required
- Full benefits package offered including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement with employer match, NHSC loan repayment, PTO, and more!
- Up to 75K annually after first year of employment with NHSC and HRSA loan programs. Up to 80K annually if able to speak Spanish.
- 31 days of PTO annually plus 12 paid holidays, 5 sick days and 5 CME days.

- Clinic was started in 1971 and is very established.
- Located 20 minutes from downtown Boston
- Population : approximately 100,000
- International Airport offered in Boston and is just 15 minutes from the clinic. Boston Logan International Airport offers non-stop service to multiple destinations in the US, as well as Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Africa
- J-1 (HHS program) and H1B visa sponsorship available. Very experienced in working with candidates with visa sponsorship needs.
