Your Job

Guardian Glass is seeking a Dealer Sales Manager to join our team!

As the Dealer Sales Manager, your principal responsibility will entail advancing the promotion of value-added coated glass tailored for the interiors sector, specifically targeting Shower Door Dealers. You will be entrusted with the expansion and oversight of Guardian’s ShowerGuard Registered Dealer Network within designated key markets across the South region. The ideal candidate will be strategically based in any major city within the territory, ensuring convenient access to major airports for optimal efficiency in travel and engagement.

Our Team

You will be joining the ShowerGuard Dealer Sales Manager Team where you will work primarily with the Regional Sales Manager. We are a principled based company that relies heavily on teamwork and ingenuity. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate strategically to drive ShowerGuard sales through Guardian’s ShowerGuard Registered Dealer Network.
  • Formulate and execute strategic plans to garner support from key shower door dealer prospects in each market.
  • Deliver comprehensive product knowledge, training sessions, and customer support to potential dealers.
  • Exhibit expertise in Guardian’s interior glass products, including product specifications, services, and prevailing distribution practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive regional sales strategy for interior products, in close coordination with the Territory Sales Manager.
  • Cultivate partnerships to understand the requirements of our interior glass fabrication customers and jointly devise strategies to provide support.
  • Proactively identify and address anticipated needs of dealers, ensuring proactive solutions are in place.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of dealer performance and actively and assist in growth of specific key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert on interiors products and understand their competitive positioning against competitor products.
  • Oversee the ShowerGuard warranty process.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Demonstrated track record of successful sales achievements, underscored by a commitment to customer focus and relationship building abilities.
  • Proficient in delivering sales presentation, showcasing an ability to articulate product benefits and drive engagement.
  • Willingness and capability to travel extensively, up to 60% of the time, with a readiness to accommodate short notice requirements.
  • Proficient utilization of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software.
  • What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience with the current shower enclosure supply chain or residential building construction market.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales within glass fabrication or shower enclosure sectors, including direct engagement with dealers and / or homeowners.
  • Completion of a bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline.
