Position Summary
The Dealer Application Specialist is a full-time, versatile role that encompasses interaction with auto dealerships as well as our in-house sales team. In this role you will be responsible for call and capture in your assigned territory, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with dealers. You will also ensure successful application completion and qualification by supporting and collaborating with the sales team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and provide outstanding customer service.
Basic Responsibilities
- Complete call and capture for assigned territory.
- Establish relationships and maintain with dealers
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and non-verbally
- Stay informed about market trends and product advancements to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays
Saturday : 9am to 6pm
