Job Summary
The Student Transition Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and execution of first time freshman, transfers, and all transition points. In this role the Student Transition Coordinator will serve as the New Student Orientation Leader. Under the direction of the Dean of Students, ensuring a cohesive and supportive experience for undergraduate students from admission through the completion of their first year. Responsible for all functions 8 hours/day, 5 days/week. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday, including weekends.

Minimum Qualifications
Education
Minimum: Bachelors Degree in Higher Education, Communication, Marketing, or related field
Experience
Minimum: Two (2) or more years experience in admissions, orientation, student support services or related higher education experience.
Desired Qualifications
Master's Degree in Higher Education, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
Five (5) or more years experience in admissions, orientation, student support services or related higher education experience.
