Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.

Over 5 years of experience in designing and developing AI / ML products that result in measurable business impact.

Proficient in modern LLM / agent frameworks, including retrieval / RAG, tool usage, reasoning frameworks, and prompt design.

Experience collaborating with data science, data engineering, and governance teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Strong skills in product management, including intake, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and value tracking.

Expertise in Python and common AI / ML libraries with a solid understanding of AI and MLOps practices.

Hands-on experience in developing AI / ML solutions on cloud platforms.

Knowledge of LLM prompt engineering, tuning, and evaluation tailored for business needs.

Understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases.

Ability to convert ambiguous business challenges into defined, testable use cases with measurable value hypotheses and success criteria.

Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying value to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Familiarity with ML techniques, experimental design, and model evaluation.

Responsibilities :

• Design, construct, and scale AI solutions (including LLM / agentic applications and ML solutions) with clear performance criteria.
• Collaborate with data science, data engineering, security, and governance teams to ensure readiness of data and platforms for AI applications.
• Establish and manage an intake process for AI agents and use cases while maintaining an open backlog; prioritize efforts based on scope and value.
• Lead the AI Community of Practice by producing playbooks and templates, and promote safe no- / low-code practices.
• Define and uphold key performance indicators (KPIs) such as hours saved, adoption metrics, cycle time, quality / error rates, and business outcomes.
• Engage with business stakeholders to uncover processes that can benefit from assistance, augmentation, or automation.
• Work closely with IT to integrate AI functionalities (such as summarization, synthesis, classification) into engagement systems.
