Job descriptionBachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or a related field 5+ years of professional experience within supply chain & operations roles, with a continued focus on forecasting & supply / demand planning ideally within a large-scale or high-tech manufacturing organization Hands-on experience with forecasting & planning tools (Kinaxis Maestro / Rapid Response or SAP IBP preferred) Proficiency in statistical software and forecasting tools (e.g. Oracle, SAP, Tableau, Anaplan, Excel etc.) Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large datasets and accurately identify trends Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational and collaboration abilities

As part of this ongoing business transformation they are establishing & scaling a Demand Planning Team in Austin who will be responsible for developing a new, robust global forecasting and demand planning process within the organization to ensure their continued world-class operational excellence and financial success.
Responsibilities
- Generate & maintain complex statistical / forecasting models to drive critical business decisions and insights
- Analyze historical data, market trends & internal activity / plans to accurately identify demand patterns and forecast this future demand accurately
- Present to, partner with & influence cross-functional stakeholders (sales, marketing, manufacturing, operations, finance & procurement) to promote collaboration across demand planning & forecasting
- Continuously analyze and optimize forecasting models to ensure accuracy
- Establish new long-term strategic supply chain initiatives
