Job description

Demand Generation Specialist

Plano, Texas, United States

Onbe, a fast-growing FinTech, bringing innovation to a rapidly growing global marketplace, stands for "on behalf." Because that's exactly how we work: on behalf of our clients, as their comprehensive payments partner. We transform the way payments are imagined as an opportunity for innovation, a source of insight to customers, and a way to connect with partners around the globe!

Summary: Supports lead-to-MQL programs and website optimization by executing nurture campaigns, maintaining marketing workflows, and helping improve conversion performance across email, web, and automation channels.

This role is hybrid that will work onsite 2 days per week at one of our locations: Chicago, Philadelphia or Dallas metro areas. Occasional travel may be required as part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, launch, and maintain nurture campaigns across email, chat, and related automation programs.
  • Support lead scoring, lifecycle management, routing updates, list hygiene, and campaign QA in HubSpot and connected systems.
  • Monitor HubSpot-to-Dynamics sync health, flag issues, and help resolve lead flow or routing errors.
  • Help manage website updates, including page edits, form checks, CTA updates, and routine QA to ensure the site is working properly.
  • Coordinate with agency or contractor partners on assigned web tasks and follow up on timelines and deliverables.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to update website copy, campaign pages, and content offers as needed.
  • Support SEO, content alignment, and website optimization efforts that improve discoverability and conversion.
  • Run tests on emails, landing pages, and forms; track results and share recommendations.
  • Pull campaign data, validate lists, and help maintain dashboards and reporting for Marketing and Sales stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B Marketing Ops, Campaign Ops, or Demand Gen support
  • Hands-on HubSpot experience (required); CRM familiarity (Dynamics or similar) a plus
  • Exposure to ABM / paid media platforms (e.g., AdRoll, 6sense) and data tools (e.g., Clay)
  • Comfortable with campaign setup, workflows, lists, and basic routing in marketing automation
  • Basic understanding of B2B funnel stages (lead, MQL, SQL, opportunity)
  • Interest in or experience with website updates and basic optimization (forms, CTAs, landing pages)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple requests and timelines
  • Strong communicator; collaborates well with Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and agencies
  • Comfortable pulling reports and QA'ing data to spot issues or trends
  • FinTech/payments familiarity is a nice-to-have

The base salary range for this position is budgeted for $66,960 to $78,750 with eligibility for an annual bonus and overtime. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of proven experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, business needs, and market demand. Our competitive benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness, 401(k) matching, open paid time off, generous parental leave, and more! Our job titles may span more than one career level. All candidates are encouraged to apply.
