What You’ll Do Assist Dr. Snyder in delivering exceptional cosmetic and restorative dental care with precision and efficiency. Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies in a pristine, state-of-the-art environment. Build genuine relationships and go above and beyond for patients to provide an outstanding concierge experience. Support educational events and workshops at our teaching facility. Interact with patients in person and on the phone. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all health and safety protocols. Collaborate with a passionate, driven team to continuously improve processes and outcomes. What We’re Looking For Experience : Minimum of 2 years as a Dental Assistant (cosmetic dentistry experience preferred). Skills : Proficiency in chairside assisting, digital imaging, and sterilization protocols. Experience with advanced cosmetic dental technologies is a plus. Attitude : A detail-oriented, proactive professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to excellence. Soft Skills : Warm, professional demeanor with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. Certification :  Radiology certification (preferred). CPR certification preferred.
