What would this role do?
The Assistant Department Manager (ADM) is a vital member of the management team, assisting their Department Manager (DM) in ensuring quality, growth, and oversight of their local office’s operations. This position plays a critical role in guiding the professional growth of the team, from clinician skill development to leadership enrichment.
