i3 is seeking a Deputy Program Manager that will serve as the contractor's primary interface with the Governments Contracting Officer, Government Contracting officer's Representative (COR), and Government Technical Monitor.
This position is contingent upon contract award expected August 2024.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel, and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
- Manage the development and preparation of proposals for the program and serve as the primary contact to respond.
- Determine the necessary schedules for proposal submittal, proposal preparation, pricing, and review the proposal for responsiveness to the program's requirements.
- Establishes budgets, forecasts, manpower, equipment, and supply needs for assigned area of responsibility.
- Designs, conducts and / or facilitates the preparation of the efficient and effective program metrics, other reports, and briefings as required.
