Our multidisciplinary teams partner to deliver exceptional care, improve access to treatment, and create better outcomes for patients living with complex chronic conditions.

Position Summary

As a Nurse Practitioner in our Infusion Center, you will provide advanced clinical care to patients receiving specialty biologic and disease-modifying therapies.

Working alongside physicians, pharmacists, and infusion nurses, you will perform patient assessments, develop treatment plans, interpret laboratory results, provide patient education, and support the safe delivery of infusion therapies. • Develop and manage individualized plans of care in collaboration with prescribing providers
  • Oversee specialty biologic and disease-modifying infusion and injectable therapies
  • Monitor patients for infusion-related reactions and changes in condition
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding therapies, side effects, and disease management
  • Document clinical encounters accurately and timely, including ICD-10 and CPT coding
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and reimbursement teams to coordinate care
  • Support clinical quality initiatives, protocol development, and process improvement efforts

Qualifications

Required

  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Arizona
  • Current or eligible collaborative/supervisory agreement, if applicable
  • Current CPR certification
  • Strong interest in specialty infusion, chronic disease management, or outpatient procedural care

Preferred

  • Previous infusion, biologic therapy, or outpatient clinical experience
  • Experience with chronic disease management
  • Exposure to ambulatory care or infusion center settings

New graduates and early-career Nurse Practitioners are encouraged to apply. We provide training and support to help you build expertise in specialty infusion care.

Why Join AIS Healthcare?

What We Offer

  • Predictable Monday-Friday schedule
  • No nights, weekends, or major holidays
  • Structured training and mentorship
  • Exposure to specialty biologics and infusion therapies
  • Opportunities for professional development and career growth
  • Collaborative multidisciplinary care team
  • Meaningful patient relationships and continuity of care

Benefits

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance
