Position Overview :
Maxio is looking for a Design Engineer to join our Product Design team and help bridge the gap between design and development, ensuring our products are functional, cohesive, and user-centered. Whether you're a front-end engineer with a strong design sensibility or a technically adept product designer, you thrive in the "front of the front-end" space.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and evolve Maxio’s design system. Your work will empower product teams to build with consistency, efficiency, and craft—enabling delightful, high-quality experiences across our platform.
Key Responsibilities :
- System Development and Maintenance :
Design reusable components and patterns that align with Maxio’s design principles.
Partner with product designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the design system integrates seamlessly into product development workflows.
Contribute to the long-term vision and roadmap of the design system, aligning it with organizational goals.
