AECOM  is seeking a  Senior Highway Project / Design Manager  to be based in  Los Angeles CA.

Job Responsibilities

• Manages and leads a team of professionals overseeing the design of largecomplex projects.
• Manages design effort design schedule and budgets.
• Change and risk management.
• Coordinates client needs and develops / builds on relationships for future opportunities.
• Mentors develops and hires support staff.
• Monitors contract compliance and leads project dispute / resolution process.
• Leads and assists in the development of future designbuild proposals.
• Builds and maintains relationships with project owners / AHJs.
