Physical Therapist – Clinic Director
Eugene, Oregon
Opening Mid-March
A newly secured outpatient physical therapy clinic in Eugene, OR is seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead the clinic from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership role with full operational support, strong ownership involvement, and the freedom to shape the clinic’s culture, care model, and community presence.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience, up to $105,000
- Metric-based bonus structure in Year 1
(Goals developed collaboratively with clinic ownership) - Unlimited continuing education reimbursement
- PTO: 2+ weeks
- Paid holidays: 6 days
- Monthly health insurance stipend
- 401(k) retirement plan
Position Details
- Full-time, salaried position (40-hour work week)
- Clinic opening mid-March
- 100% outpatient setting
- One-on-one patient care model
- Full-time pay regardless of caseload during ramp-up
- EMR: Prompt
Leadership & Support
- Highly engaged, hands-on clinic owner available 24/7
- Owner handles scheduling, billing, and insurance verification initially
(Customer Support Specialist to assume these duties within ~2 months) - Clinic owner has a strong marketing background
- Collaborative partnership on advertising, marketing, and community outreach
- Opportunity to help shape clinic operations, workflows, and growth strategy
Patient Care Model
- One-on-one treatment sessions
- 60-minute evaluations and routine visits initially
(with the option to transition routine visits to 40 minutes) - Patient age range based on PT preference and comfort level
- Care offerings based on PT strengths and interests
- Outpatient services may include: Orthopedics, Neurological rehab, Balance & vestibular therapy
