Renewal by Andersen is the full-service window replacement division of the 120-year-old Andersen Corporation, the owner of the most trusted family of window brands in America. RbA was founded to redefine the industry and offer a different and better window replacement experience. Our products improve functionality and the aesthetic of the home along with being energy efficient.
You'll be responsible for providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects. We provide you with paid training, pre-set and pre-qualified leads, a flexible schedule, and excellent supportive company culture. This role is ideal for sales professionals who have a passion and strong ability to connect with others, build genuine rapport and close sales.
This position is fully uncapped 1099 commission sales. Our design consultants average between $1,500 - $5,000 per signed agreement. (The average annual income is between $150,000 - $200,000.)
