We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our organization in delivering high-quality programs and services. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program development and management, with a focus on supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively supervise teams, manage budgets, and foster relationships within the community.

Duties

• Oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of programs aimed at supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
• Manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies to enhance service offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in behavioral health and social work.
• Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for staff to enhance their skills in program management and relationship management.
• Conduct regular assessments of program effectiveness and implement improvements as needed.

Experience

Proven experience in program development and management within the social work or behavioral health fields.

Strong supervisory skills with a track record of managing teams effectively.

Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.

Demonstrated ability in budgeting and administrative functions related to program oversight.

Excellent relationship management skills, capable of building partnerships that benefit the organization and its clients.
