We are seeking a Civil Design Reviewer to join our team in Davie, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a wide range of local projects, from small-scale site developments to large infrastructure programs.
As a key member of our civil design team, you will be responsible for reviewing and supporting design efforts related to:
- Paving, grading, and site layout
- Drainage systems (hydrology and hydraulics)
- Water and sewer utilities
- Stormwater modeling and erosion control
- Construction document review and QA/QC
You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through all phases of design, from concept to construction, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Review civil design plans and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards
- Provide technical guidance and quality assurance for design deliverables
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve design issues
- Evaluate hydrologic and hydraulic models and provide feedback
- Support permitting and regulatory documentation efforts
- Assist in the development and improvement of design review processes
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development
- Participate in project meetings and provide input on design strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 5–10 years of professional experience in civil site design and review
- Strong understanding of local and international design standards
- Experience with small, medium, and large-scale projects
- Proficient in: AutoCAD Civil 3D, Excel, ICPR, XPSWMM, WaterCAD, or SewerCAD
- Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and permitting processes
- Ability to perform and review hydraulic and hydrologic modeling
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
