The Senior Design Engineer will be responsible for leading program-level designs and prototype fabrications for complex enclosure solutions that produce the required performance and features to provide greater value for our customers. Duties / Responsibilities :

• Lead projects from concept through to launch.
• Draw and design package preparation and release.
• Develop requirements and analyze product design data to determine conformance to established design selection criteria, standardized parts and equipment use, and design-to-cost practices.
• Maintain and upgrade existing products.
• Establish test plans and execute 3rd party certifications.
• Lead the development and testing of prototypes for new product ideas and create product specifications.
• Create and maintain project development plans and create and execute Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and redesign existing products.
• Generate and release full bills of material for manufacturing.
• Identify non-conformances and root causes to initiate and implement solutions.
• Assist in other duties as required.
