Design Program Manager - Design Change Administration

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Program Manager to oversee and streamline our design bulletin system and manage building design changes. This role requires someone who can effectively coordinate between design discipline teams stakeholders and project managers while maintaining precise documentation of design modifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the design bulletin system ensuring accurate tracking and distribution of design changes

- Coordinate with architects engineers and construction teams to facilitate design change implementation

- Create and maintain project schedules timelines and documentation for design modifications

- Lead design change review meetings and facilitate decision-making processes

- Develop and implement standardized processes for design change management

- Monitor project budgets and resources related to design modifications

- Generate regular status reports and updates for stakeholders

- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering Construction Management or related field

- 5 years of experience in design or construction project management

- Strong understanding of building design and construction processes

- Proven track record of successful project delivery and change management

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills

- Proficiency in project management and design software

This is a Contract position based out of Tempe, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
