Job Summary

The Senior Graphic Designer is mainly responsible for bringing design solutions to life for the GPN Lifestyle brands in packaging, printed materials, collateral, and digital media . Additionally, the Senior Graphic Designer will have a firm grasp on all three GPN Lifestyle brands, as well as know how to conceptualize and implement designs to meet high level strategies.

As the Senior Graphic Designer you will :

• Partner closely with Brand, Creative Services and Digital teams to transform the brand creative vision and strategy into holistic and engaging campaign assets across all digital channels including organic social, paid media and owned channels.
• Work within Creative Services team on all packaging updates to ensure consistency across all products, flavors, and line extensions and work to get final approvals and follow through to execution and delivery.
• Assist in conceptualization of new product launches and flavors.
• Work on all print, point of sale, in-store merchandising, advertisements, and product images
• Create any influencer packaging concepts and branded materials that continue to push the envelope and create buzz.
• Ability to take rough concepts or loose ideas and develop those into visuals.
• Be aware of marketing trends and help us break them. Promote fresh thinking and strategic storytelling to enhance our message and impact through visuals.
• Capable of quickly revising work based on internal feedback and performance results.
• Have an understanding of all three GPN Lifestyle brands and maintain their look and feel across different platforms and mediums.
• Oversee physical samples, proofing and press checks to ensure asset quality creation to ensure brand standards are being met, and brand colors are as intended.
• Routinely connect with Creative Services Project Manager and Art Director to ensure all projects and tasks are in-progress and tracking towards successfully meeting deadlines.
• Ensure proper management and maintenance of Print Division local servers, file storage areas on Box.com, and Brand Folder.
