Position Overview
The Receptionist position serves as the first point of contact for our customers and visitors at the corporate office. This role involves managing front desk operations, greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Manage emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses.
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, and conduct daily mail deliver to post-office.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide basic information about the company and services to customers and guests.
- Monitor office supplies and order replacements as needed.
- Ensure security by following company protocols for visitor access.
- Issue and maintain security badges for employees.
- Assist other departments with clerical duties as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing records.
- Assist with planning and execution of company events.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance overall office efficiency.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required.
