Your role will be pivotal in ensuring smooth daily operations, as you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, greeting guests, and managing correspondence. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and inquiries appropriately.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and well-presented.
Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.
Maintain scheduling for conference rooms and ensure they are prepared for meetings.
Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related administrative role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
