Desktop Appraisal Solutions is an appraisal company headquartered in Arizona that operates in the Southwestern region of the US.

Currently we are in need of an Appraiser to perform just inspections in the Phoenix metro area. The appraiser must be licensed in good standing and live in the greater Phoenix metro area!!!

You will work with our team of office staff and appraisers in completing the appraisal report. Your piece of the report will primarily be the inspection, the sketch, photos, condition, etc.

You will have a chance to review and sign the appraisal report before it is turned in.

While there is an office we meet at on occasion this is a work from home job with a fully remote support team. Despite the name of the company these appraisals are rarely "Desktop Appraisals" and will require the standard appraisal home inspections.

The number of inspections vary from week to week. On average we have around 10-15 inspections available per week.

The appraiser may continue to work in their existing appraisal business while also working for us.

We can be somewhat flexible with your schedule; with good communication there should be no issues.

We pay a flat rate per inspection. Rates can vary if needed for complexity or distance. All work and interaction is remote. The company will pay for, train, and provide the Clickforms software subscription needed to process our reports.
