The selected candidate will provide Tech hub and Provisioning / Depot management services at the DTE Detroit site.

The scope of work includes the following.

Provisioning / Depot Management services will include the following –

Imaging
Kitting / Bundling the devices (Laptop, Monitors, Docking Station, Mouse, Headsets etc.) in a box provided by the customer
Deploying and shipping the equipment
Receiving of the new equipment from Dell and other vendors
Device inventory management including CMDB updates, ensuring the depot device inventory is stocked up, and informing Customers whenever there is a need for procurement
Ticket / Transaction based CMDB and ServiceNow updates
Provide re-imaging and single wipe leveraging Customer-provided toolset
Remote Courier tracking for returned devices : separations, life-cycle refreshes, break / fix
Leverage Customer shipping account (outbound and inbound transportation) for processing Service request about shipments to / from end users that may include Laptops, Desktops, Monitors, or anything the customer approves to be shipped to end users for business purposes
Asset labeling and Add / Remove Asset Tag
Coordination with Customer provided Vendor for Hard Asset Disposal
New and Return Laptops Shipping and Tracking using customer shipping logistics
Monthly reporting from CMDB & ServiceNow

Tech Hub support includes the following -

Provide DSS walk-in support to end users from the DTE Detroit Tech Hub Room.

Provide Floor support to end users at DTE Detroit Headquarters

Support Helpdesk / Service Desk calls that may sometimes get routed to Tech Hub room, (Calls from users for DSS scope of work).

Support end-user devices - Workstations / Desktops, Mobile devices - Apple, Samsung, iPad, etc.

Move the devices in and out of the mail room to the Tech Hub room (max up to 50LBS weight). The mail room for Depot / User device shipment is on the floor below so all devices on trolly to be transported by the associate to the Mail room when required. Tech Hub Staff are expected to be physically fit and lift / move the devices in and out of the mail room to the Tech Hub room.

Co-ordinate with Customer-provided OEM for device break-fix under warranty

Prepare Storm Roster every week in anticipation of Storm declaration.

Provide Storm support when a storm is declared as per the coverage required.

Support Coverage

Tech Hub & Provisioning : 8 am – 5 pm, Monday - Friday Eastern Time , excluding Holidays.

Storm support coverage will be round the clock (24x7) from the time storm is declared by the customer till the storm ends (as per customer notification). Same resources provide round-the-clock coverage during Storm Support.

Backfill needs to be provided for any planned or unplanned leave of resource in Tech Hub and Provisioning.

Volumetrics

Ticket volume at the Tech Hub is 400 per month including Incidents and Service Requests.

Ticket volume at the Provisioning is 250 per month including Incidents and Service Requests.
