We are seeking a Desktop Support Analyst, based in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, 53202, United States, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Efficiently address and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Monitor installed software and manage software licensing
• Supervise and implement software upgrades as needed
• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all installed software
• Utilize various technologies like Android Development, Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, Computer Hardware, Dell Technologies, Active Directory, Apple Devices, Backup Technologies, and Configuration Management
• Effectively manage the Service Desk Tickets and Support Tickets
• Handle customer inquiries and oversee customer accounts
• Apply strong communication and problem-solving skills in daily tasks
• Use Cisco Networking skills for network troubleshooting and management.
• Candidate must possess a minimum of three years of experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or a similar position.
• Proficiency in Android Development is required.
• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential for this role.
• Experience with Citrix Technologies is a prerequisite.
• The ability to handle and troubleshoot Computer Hardware is necessary.
• Knowledge of Dell Technologies is expected.
• Proficiency in Active Directory is mandatory.
• Experience with Apple Devices is a requirement.
• The candidate should have a strong understanding of Backup Technologies.
• Familiarity with Configuration Management is necessary.
• Experience working with a Ticketing System is required.
• The ability to manage Service Desk Tickets efficiently is essential.
• Experience handling Support Tickets is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in Cisco Networking is a requirement for this role.
