Copeland Buhl & Company PLLP is looking to add a Desktop Support Analyst to our firm. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing timely and effective solutions, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Image workstations, maintain OS image and the appropriate time for upgrading all laptops / desktops.
- Break fix peripheral devices for end users.
- Field incoming help-desk tickets from end users via phone, email, and ManageEngine ServiceDesk.
- Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems and provide recommendations.
- Perform software / hardware upgrades and migrations.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate complex problems to higher-level support teams as necessary.
- Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Onboard and assist users in new and existing IT systems.
- Conduct basic training sessions for end-users on IT systems and best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and support tools.
- Maintain a high-level of security to the environment.
