Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot Systems : Put your expertise to the test by troubleshooting systems with finesse and efficiency, even with limited supervision.
- Ticket Management : Maintain meticulous records of IT requests in our ticketing system, ensuring no issue goes unresolved.
- On-Site & Remote Support : Whether it's in-person or over the phone / email / shared desktop, be the go-to guru for all troubleshooting needs.
- Platform Mastery : Showcase your proficiency in supporting Windows 7 / 10, Mac OS X, and Apple mobile devices (iPhones and iPads) with ease.
- Tech Toolbox : Utilize your skills with Mobile Device Management software, Microsoft Office Suite, Slack, Zoom UCaaS, and more to provide comprehensive support.
- Network Navigation : Tackle basic network connection issues like a pro, ensuring seamless connectivity for all users.
- User Administration : Handle basic Active Directory / Email account and permission administration tasks effortlessly, including modifying folder permissions and hyperlinking folders.
- Imaging Expertise : Demonstrate your proficiency in imaging desktops using SCCM and setting up Dell Win 10 Laptops / iPads / iPhones for users.
- Environment Expertise : Provide support for Citrix and VPN (Zscaler) environments, ensuring users can access resources securely from anywhere.
- Maintenance Maven : Keep workstations and peripherals in top shape through regular maintenance and software updates.
- Conference Collaboration : Assist in setting up audio and video teleconference meetings, ensuring seamless communication.
