QualificationsValid driver’s license with a clean driving record.Reliable transportation.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.Must pass a background check. Must pass a drug testAbility to stand for extended periods.Comfortable working indoors and outdoors when necessary.Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Previous detailing experience is preferred but not required for entry-level training opportunities.Must be dependable, professional, and eager to learn.Be willing to travel locally to client locations or dispatch assignments when requiredArrive on time and prepared for all scheduled client appointments and dispatches.Deliver the same exceptional level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect to every client, regardless of background or vehicle type.Communicate confidently and professionally with clients before, during, and after services when appropriate.Maintain regular communication with Team Leads and Management regarding job progress, scheduling, and operational needs.Work cooperatively with assigned crews, Team Leads, and Supervisors to ensure exceptional service quality.Work collaboratively with teammates and individuals from diverse backgrounds.Follow all VDX Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused workspace.Protect every client’s vehicle as if it were your own.Perform final quality inspections before vehicle delivery.Represent the VDX brand with professionalism both on-site and off-site.
