Job descriptionAt least 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and integration components. Expertise in creating and managing custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, page layouts, reports, workflows, and approval processes. Proficiency in using IDEs like Force.com, Visual Studio, Developer Console, debugging, and querying. Hands-on experience with integration features such as callouts, future methods, batch and scheduled Apex, and REST / SOAP APIs. Experience with both Salesforce point-and-click configuration and programmatic customization. SQL query hands-on development experience. Solid knowledge of DevOps processes, especially Salesforce DX. Familiarity with Key Management, Platform Encryption, SSL Handshake, Single Sign-On, and MFA. Experience working in a Scrum Agile environment and strong software development practices. Experience delivering critical business applications in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. Ability to work independently with self-accountability to deliver high-performance results. Strong communication skills, particularly in remote working scenarios.
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to perform code development, deployment, and troubleshooting within the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires expertise in customizing the Force.com platform, resolving production issues, and handling integration tasks. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and within an AGILE team environment, providing technical solutions, and improving business processes. A strong problem-solving ability and deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Salesforce code development and deploy to production, troubleshooting deployment issues and validating changes.
- Support customizations on the Force.com platform, including declarative customizations, report building, and more.
- Collaborate with the AGILE team to monitor and resolve production support issues.
- Perform validations for infrastructure or application interface-related changes.
- Work with Technical Lead to resolve roadblocks and propose alternative solutions.
- Detect and resolve project issues effectively, ensuring smooth project progression.
- Evaluate new Salesforce technologies to assess their applicability to the organization.
- Handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Provide off-hours support for code deployments to production.
