Job description
This position is both a development and leadership position. The individual in this position will be working in and learning the various positions that make our organization operational. You will be taking on leadership responsibility in an area of the business that will include opening and closing the restaurant. You will influence system and process creation and maintenance under the guidance of our executive leadership team and our owner/operator.
Roles and Responsibilities
You will learn leadership skills that will benefit you for life. Your role as a leader is to ensure that your team is working efficiently together to provide the best possible experience to our patrons. You will hold yourself and others to the highest standard. Lastly, you will identify areas of deficiency and offer solutions. You are helping us to create a desired future.
- Perform Drive Thru and Front-of-House team member duties
