Summary of Responsibilities : The Clinical Educator’s primary role is to be responsible for the delivery of educational programs to the clinical staff on STANLEY Healthcare’s patient security portfolio of products including but not limited to Infant / Patient / Staff Protection. The Clinical Educator will deliver onsite educational in-services to STANLEY Healthcare customers and support the clinical customer during the conversion / go-live period by providing at the elbow support.
Employee will live in the U.S. and support accounts in the US, with occasional travel outside of the country
Duties :
- Participate in scheduled customer meetings / conference calls to review in-servicing expectations and customer workflow prior to account implementations
- Ensure clear, concise delivery of scripted and STANLEY Healthcare approved product training to clinical customer audience in existing and new accounts
- Collaborate with Clinical Solution Specialist to customize training curriculum to customer workflows and objectives
- Submit pre and post documentation within designated timeframes.
- Work with Sales and Technical support team members to develop and support customer relationships.
- Availability to travel 80-90% includes overnights
- Other duties as assigned
