St. Joseph Medical Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced OR RN Unit Based Educator to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the development and implementation of comprehensive educational programs for our outstanding OR nursing staff.

What you'll do :

• Lead the way : Design, implement, and evaluate innovative educational programs that empower our nurses to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Champion competency : Develop and administer competency assessments, ensuring our staff consistently meet the highest standards of clinical practice.
• Guide new talent : Plan and direct orientation and residency programs for new OR nurses, providing a smooth transition into their roles.
• Foster growth : Identify individual learning needs and create tailored development opportunities to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate for excellence : Work closely with other educators to streamline educational offerings, promote professional development, and ensure a consistent and high-quality learning experience.
