Dialysis Area Nurse Manager - Lead with Purpose in a Supportive Team Environment

We're seeking a Dialysis Area Nurse Manager to oversee and inspire a dedicated team, ensuring high-quality care and compliance across multiple sites.

Manage and support clinical staff, fostering growth and teamwork.

Oversee training and orientation and ensure adherence to best practices.

Collaborate with our State Educator, Regional Operations Director, and site leadership to uphold the highest standards in patient care.

Play a vital role in employee engagement, scheduling, and maintaining compliance.

What We're Looking For :

Qualifications :

RN with a BS / AA / diploma in Nursing and at least 12 months of RN experience (6 months in hemodialysis required).

6 months of clinical management experience

Valid state nursing license, BLS certification, and driver's license.

Ability to travel locally to multiple sites and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
