Consider joining our Dialysis Team as a Full time Registered Nurse working in the acute dialysis hospital setting. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating patient care of patient of all ages adult to geriatric. The dialysis staff nurse maintains accountability for the coordination and delivery of care to patients with end stage renal disease.
You will coordinate, delegate, and provide direct nursing care for patients by working cooperatively with patients, family members, and all patient care team members.
Schedule : This is a full-time position with on-call responsibility. 3 x 7AM to 8PM shifts per week plus occasional overnight and Sunday on-call.
