Job Description :
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement processes for base business strategy determination, working closely with various business units to identify strategic opportunities and alignment
- Collaborate extensively with asset class epic leaders and the asset class hub leader to ensure cohesive strategy development and communication
- Develop and coordinate communication materials tailored to different leadership levels and business unit practitioners
- Leverage digital platforms to facilitate efficient communication, documentation, and strategy tracking
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive strategic planning and consensus
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that distill complex strategic insights for leadership review
- Manage communication workflows to ensure timely and consistent information dissemination across organizational levels
