Position Summary :
We are looking for a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Team Lead to join us and help grow our online presence, boost conversions, increase engagement, and drive sales. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our company's mission, vision, and values. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing projects and campaigns across various channels, such as web, email, social media, and display advertising. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of SEO / SEM and generative AI.
The Digital Marketing Team Lead has a passion for digital marketing and innovation and will partner closely with our Marketing Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of our website. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our website is user-friendly, secure, up-to-date, and aligned with our organizational goals and brand identity. This position will also be responsible for managing our social media accounts, which includes developing and executing our social media calendar to align with our content strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
- Lead a small, nimble digital marketing team
- Manage and oversee all aspects of our digital advertising and marketing campaigns, including budget, content, design, performance, and reporting
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as partners, marketing, sales, product, design, and development
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of our digital marketing using various metrics and tools, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEO / SEM, email marketing, and social media analytics
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities and trends in the digital marketing landscape and provide recommendations for improvement and innovation
- Create and maintain an editorial calendar and a content pipeline for our digital channels
- Ensure that our digital marketing activities comply with industry standards and best practices
- Plan, implement, manage, and update the organization’s website
- Ensure that the website is user-friendly, functional, secure, and accurate
- Collaborate with marketing team members, product / service subject matter experts, and content creation staff to create and maintain website content that supports the organization’s strategy and brand identity
- Identify and implement strategies to improve website user experience, lead conversions, SEO, and PPC
- Troubleshoot and resolve any website issues, such as bugs, errors, broken links, security breaches, etc.
- Conduct regular tests and audits to ensure website quality and efficiency
- Keep up with the latest web trends, best practices, and technologies
- Ensure that the website complies with all relevant laws and regulations, such as privacy, accessibility, etc.
