Product Manager
Franklin Templeton's Digital Assets Technology group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee and drive the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic initiatives related to products and platforms within the rapidly evolving digital asset ecosystems. This role will focus on bridging traditional finance and blockchain-enabled investment solutions, developing products that leverage tokenization, distributed ledger technology (DLT), and other digital asset innovations to enhance client outcomes and operational efficiency. This role requires a unique blend of financial services experience, emerging technology fluency, and disciplined project management. This role is ideal for a seasoned project leader with a passion for emerging technologies and a proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment with a changing regulatory landscape.
Ongoing Responsibilities Of The Product Manager Include :
- Product Strategy and Development : Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch for digital assets and blockchain based investment products and platforms.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Serve as the central liaison and SME between executive sponsors and collaborate with technology, product, operations, compliance, and business teams to align project goals with organizational strategy.
- Strategic Program Management : Create, lead, define and maintain product roadmaps, milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics.
- Risk & Issue Management : Work with legal and compliance to ensure adherence to evolving global digital asset and securities regulations and identify project risks and dependencies early, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate critical issues as needed.
- Documentation & Reporting : Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Market Analysis and Innovation : Monitor digital asset market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.
