Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, public relations, communications or related field.
- Four to six years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in marketing, public relations, communications or related field; previous agency experience is preferred.
- Experience using digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GovDelivery, Facebook Business Manager, Mailchimp.
- In-depth understanding of social and digital platforms including Facebook / Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, X Ads, LinkedIn / LinkedIn Business Manager, Snapchat / SnapAds, GoogleAds, Spotify / Pandora, TikTok / TikTok Ads Manager, HULU Ads Manager, Amazon and other programmatic DSP platforms
- Experience with web analytic tools and ad tech platforms such as Google Analytics, in-platform social analytics, etc.
- Experience with and commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion principles.
- Experience with Looker Studio or other similar data visualization dashboard tools
- In lieu of a college degree, an equivalent combination of education, training and lived experience will be considered.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
BENEFITS & PERKS
Competitive salary ranging from $71,200 - $88,900, commensurate with experience.
Reports to : Digital Director or Partner
