Position Overview : National Veterinary Associates (NVA) has an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. We’re seeking someone who is passionate about technology and experience design, with a passion for animal health, to help us modernize the digital experience for tens of thousands of clients and clinicians.
As a Product Analyst, you will help ensure a fact-driven approach to the modernization of our client and clinician digital experience, bringing together user research, industry research, and data. Your work will range from gathering and synthesizing initial product requirements, to ongoing client support as we roll out and troubleshoot additional features and product extensions. You will manage the backlog, and – alongside the broader team – will have a key operational role in scaling our technologies.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, understanding user needs, and will also have strong internal stakeholder communication skills. From maintaining product documentation to analysis, this role plays an important role in product success and user engagement.
The Product Analyst will report to a Sr. Product Manager within our Digital Experience team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analysis : Conduct thorough analysis of business and product processes and requirements through market and primary user research. Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze user behavior, product performance, and market trends.
- Project Management : Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines to ensure successful product implementations. Create and maintain clear product requirements with UAT steps to guide product implementation.
- Product & Feature Analysis : Analyze client adoption of new product features. Work with clients to clear any blockers.
- Performance Metrics : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of products and features against experience and financial indicators.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, designers, engineers, and marketing, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Product Testing : Participate in product testing and feedback sessions, ensuring products meet user expectations and quality standards.
- Reporting : Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate product performance and trends to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancements based on data analysis and user feedback.
