Job Description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Content Management Intern to support our team in enhancing technical communication processes. This internship will provide hands-on experience in benchmarking competitor communications, developing standardized content templates, and improving communication workflows for quality-related topics. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product Management, and Quality, to ensure accurate and effective documentation.

Key Responsibilities :

Research and analyze competitor technical bulletins and communication strategies.

Create communication templates for customer letters, product bulletins, and internal presentation slides.

Establish a tracking procedure for content in progress, ensuring visibility of status and open items.

Partner with engineering teams to review and approve technical content.

Maintain clear documentation of communication processes and updates.

This internship is 40 hours per week and will run from May through September. You must live a commutable distance to Londonderry, NH.
