Job descriptionJuniors : Two rotations required Seniors & Graduate Students : One rotation required Provide campaign development and advertising supportincluding planning and research analysis and reporting Assist with vendor management in collaboration with procurement and contracts teams Support CRM marketing automation systems and data management activities Help with inventory management shipping and warehouse support Administrative and other tasks as assigned Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a similar field Graduation date must be during or after May 2027 (must have finished sophomore year) Must be able to work at least 32 hours per week (40 hours is preferred) Must have in-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite including Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint Some experience with CRM or marketing automation applications is a plus Must be punctual and trustworthy with a get-it-done attitude Must be a team player who has demonstrated the ability to develop strong relationships Must be willing to work independently or in teams depending on the project or task Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously Competitive pay Paid Holiday Time Company-provided housing (if your permanent residence is more than 50 miles from Gulfstream) Medical coverage 401(k) match Collegiate networking events Must be enrolled as a full-time student at the time of application and actively pursuing a bachelors degree or higher. Program Structure
About the position
Gulfstreams brand marketing team is seeking a motivated marketing or business student interested in gaining hands-on experience in a corporate environment. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with brand and marketing team members on initiatives involving customer acquisition retention digital marketing and merchandising. This is an in-person internship beginning Fall 2026 through Spring 2027.
