ROLE SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.), and Programmatic (a plus!). This role requires a hands-on expert who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with in-platform execution.
REPORTS TO : AVP, Marketing
Responsibilities :
- Campaign Management & Execution :
Manage end-to-end digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Paid Social, and (ideally) Programmatic platforms.
Continuously optimize campaigns for performance, leveraging A / B testing, audience insights, and real-time adjustments.
Work cross-functionally with account lead colleagues to make to refine messaging, landing pages, and ad formats.

Compensation Range : We offer a competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. The compensation range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with potential for bonuses, stock and additional benefits.
