OTC Markets Group Inc., operator of premier US financial marketplaces, is seeking an experienced and strategic AVP, Digital Marketing to join our dynamic Marketing team. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is instrumental in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support sales enablement, and enhance customer retention.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in B2B marketing within financial services, capital markets, or related industries, with proven success in managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, CRM, social media, SEO, and content marketing. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver measurable results and support the company’s growth objectives.

Please note OTC Markets is currently operating in a hybrid work environment (three days in office, two days remotely). This position is located in our NYC office.

Base compensation for this role is $115,000-$125,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition, the position is eligible for our discretionary annual bonus program and equity.

What You’ll Do :

Lead the planning and execution of integrated digital marketing initiatives across key touchpoints, including CRM, direct marketing, relationship marketing, and sales enablement collateral.

Design and implement targeted CRM and lead generation campaigns to support our three core business lines :  Corporate Services, Market Data, and OTC Link.

Develop engaging content for the @OTCMarkets social media channels to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement with key audiences.

Create a wide range of marketing and sales assets, including blog posts, webinars, videos, fact sheets, case studies, and press releases.

Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and optimize future campaigns.

Provide support for sponsored in office and external events

Contribute to the evolution of the OTC Markets brand through consistent messaging, creative storytelling, and strategic marketing efforts.

What We’re Looking For :

Minimum of 6 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, preferably within financial services, capital markets, or related industries.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, with a strong emphasis on CRM, content marketing, and lead generation strategies.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Highly collaborative team player with a proven ability to work effectively across departments and with senior leadership.

Experience with social media and content strategy and tools such as Google Analytics, Storyblok, WordPress, Canva, and Sprout Social.

A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach to marketing execution.
