Sound like you? We’re in search of a talented Director, Digital Marketing to join our Marketing Team.

The position will support over 175 (and counting!) gym locations nationwide and is a full-time, with a hybrid in-office / wfh schedule of Mondays and Fridays being in-office days and Tue-Thu as optional to work from home or be in the office. Our office is located in our Corporate headquarters in the Addison / Farmers Branch area in DFW.

This role will be responsible for things like :

• Leading Our CRM Strategy : Assist in implementing comprehensive CRM strategies that utilize email, SMS, and push channels to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
• Customer Journey Optimization : Collaborate with other Team Members to design and optimize personalized customer journeys across multiple touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and relevant experience at every stage of the customer lifecycle–offline and online.
• Campaign Development & Execution : Help oversee the creation, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that they are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Data-Driven Insights : Analyze campaign performance and customer data to continuously optimize strategies, improve engagement, and enhance the customer experience. Provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with MarTech, Sales, Web, Analytics, Creative & Agency Partners to align digital marketing strategies with broader company objectives and ensure a cohesive brand experience.
• Technology & Platform Management : Partner with our Director of MarTech to oversee our CRM platforms, partners and tools, ensuring the integration and effective utilization of systems for email, SMS, and push marketing.
• A / B Testing & Optimization : Collaborate and help lead A / B testing initiatives across our digital channels to ensure that campaigns are continuously improving and delivering the highest possible ROI.
• Team Leadership & Development : Manage and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity, innovation, and growth.
• Stay Ahead of Trends : Monitor the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge and highly effective.
• Help oversee and manage the digital marketing calendar : In conjunction with our Director of Marketing, ensure timely execution of campaigns, promotions, and product launches across all digital channels, while also effectively managing your own calendar to balance strategic leadership and project execution.
