They have a strong desire to lead and evolve the way we work to truly shape the brand for the consumer.

This is a new role in NABM, and you will have the opportunity to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate and develop solutions to evolve and simplify our digital tools in collaboration with our Operations teams.

  • Best Practices/Standards: Continually improve best practices and standards for the teams to elevate their game
  • Training: Train individuals + teams on how to track their work, when/where they need to update, as well as the why it is important
  • Collaboration: Work with other PD&C workstreams to streamline, align, and simplify towards E2E workflows within our Tools

Reporting to the Director of Program Development & Capabilities, you will work closely with all Operations teams including the Consumer Planning and Ops team, the Creative Planning & Ops team, the Digital & Integrated Media Ops team, and the Retail & Partners Ops team. You will partner with all teams in North America Brand Marketing and in key cities to ensure that the improvements we deliver accelerate our ability to achieve our business goals.
